My first MAC buys...

Last month I went to my nearest MAC counter (70 miles away!) for the second time. The last time I went I didn't buy anything as I was saving for summer holidays, but this time I bought a couple of things...

'Hot Gossip' Cremesheen lipstick, £13.50.

I tried 'Speak Louder' first, which was really nice, but I felt I would get more wear out of a colour which wasn't as bright, so the SA picked out this one and I really liked the colour.

'Desert Rose' Matte Powder Blush
I wasn't even looking at blush but the SA tried this on me and I liked it. I said no at first but then changed my mind and I'm glad I did. It's very pigmented so I'm going to try it with my new ELF Studio Stipple brush.

Today I picked up some things for jewellery making in Hobbycraft...

 I'm going to thread this on to a silver chain to make a dainty necklace.

I'm going to make a bracelet and matching earrings from this string of glass beads.

I think I'm going to join the diamond shaped piece to the flower to make earrings.
